Step 4: (IMPORTANT) Put the RMA (Return Authorization Number) return package ON THE BOX OR ON A SHEET OF PAPER INSIDE THE BOX..(Very Important)
Step 5: Mail Package Back To Us, Please allow 5-6 business days to receive your replacement phone in the mail. We ship priority mail back to you FAST.
No returns accepted without first obtaining an RMA Number. Please obtain an RMA# BEFORE returning products for any reason, link can be found above, under contact us. RMA # is valid for 30 days. Order Discrepancies Must Be Reported Within 7 Days of Invoice date. 20% Re-Stocking Fee for all Non-Defective items returned with RMA# on WHOLESALE returns. NO return requests after 15 Days of Invoice. All defective OEM accessory product/ warranty issues must be taken to the manufacturer. $25.00 charge on all returned Checks.
